Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

Online Orders

Returns/Exchanges are permitted within 14 days provided merchandise is in new condition with original packaging and meets the following criteria:

  • Any items that are put in/on/near mouth, ears, nose or eyes must be unopened
  • Any items that include software can not be returned
  • Willis Music MUST be contacted prior to shipping any item(s) back
  • Customer will pay shipping

Refunds will be issued based on the original method of payment.

In-Store Purchases

Returns/Exchanges are permitted within 10 days provided:

  • You have the original sales receipt
  • Merchandise is in new condition with original packaging

No Refunds/Exchanges on:

  • Printed Music, Media, Software
  • Small wind instruments, i.e. harmonicas
  • Earplugs, strings and microphones

Refunds will be issued based on the original method of payment. Cash refunds over $50.00 will be issued by check via mail only.

NO refunds on special orders.

Layaways require monthly payments to remain active and must be paid off within 4 months. Inactive layaways will be charged a 20% restocking fee and a credit will be issued for the purchase of other merchandise.
